    The admin account is receiving an email when there is a new registration. But the person registering is receiving no emails. I have the Pro version.

    Hi, that sounds strange.

    Would you mind sending us an email at [email protected] with your system information (WebinarPress->Settings->System Info->Copy to Clipboard) and we’ll be able to figure out what’s going on.

    i tried with different wordpress install (godday, localbyflywheel, clean install, etc)

    Same result on logs.

    I just sent my logs.. hopefully we can find a solution.

    Hi, it sounds like an issue with your WordPress con but we’d need to check your full log to be sure.

    Can you please follow the steps suggested to @veganproteins and send your full log to [email protected]?

    Please be sure to wait at least 5 minutes after registering before you download and send the log.
