How to make the page closer to the navigation menu?

I would like to move the page closer to the navigation menu.

I see that there’s sort of option for this in the Customizer > Layout > Container > Content Padding. However, if I put top content padding to 0, although my page is now pulled closer to the navigation menu, everything else has 0 top padding, including the blog post page, and the comments section.

Is there a way to move the whole page closer to the navigation menu, without affecting these other paddings on the page? Is there such an option in the Customizer, or do I need to use CSS for this?
