    Hello,

    1. It’s hard to tell why there is that error related to admin-ajax.php. We need to use admin-ajax in order to avoid cache plugins when we send Facebook CAPI event. You can disable server-side events and test again.

    2. Again, hard to tell why it happens without being able to investigate this locally. I assume there is something related to the theme you’re using. Can you test with a different theme?

    Hello,

Thanks for the quick feedback. I really appreciate your efforts for this plugin.

I have tried both of your suggestions.

    1. Yes, disabling server-side events resolve the issue.
    2. No, the error doesn’t go away even I tried switching to WP TwentyTwenty Theme.

Is there any plugin file to exclude from caching to resolve the issue? Don’t know I am a bit non-technie.

Please download the system report file from our plugin’s left-side menu and send it to us on our website.

It would also help if you can send the PHP error report logs, and a link where we can check the problems.
