    Hi,

    I use your plugin in order to backup a site which has a form in it – It is viewed on an iPad (and has several entries every day) an the admin area is viewed on a PC.
    Unfortunately, the daily scheduled backups do not accour – but “Backup now” button does work.

    I asked my host service and they said they don’t find any problem on their side.
    Would appreciate your help.

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

    Please can you update to latest version (1.16.43) and re-authenticate Google Drive? Do you still get the same issue?

    Hi,
    I updated to the latest version and re-authenticated dropbox.
    I even changed the “Files backup schedule” and “Database backup schedule” setting and it felt like it reset the “stuck” “Next scheduled backups” window – but now I see it still doesn’t perform the scheduled backup.
