    Good day,

    in the Czech version of the website https://www.potaufeu.cz we use on the contact page https://www.potaufeu.cz/kontakty/ reserve form. It worked all the time, but today we found a problem with the google recaptcha.

    Recaptcha send error after correct completion: Please fill out the reCAPTCHA box again and re-submit.

    I was trying to generate new keys. Replace template, deactivate all plugins. I tried upgrading to WordPress 5.6, upgrading the plugin to the latest version, downgrading the plugin and wordpress to the previous version.

    The console does not print any errors before or after sending.

    Could you please help me?

    I would have one more question, we would like to use the form for the English version, we have polylang on the web. So I tried to translate at least something via loco translate, but the changes do not take effect on the web. Can you advise me how to have a multilingual form?

    So, the reCAPTCHA used to work, and now it doesn’t? Or the reCAPTCHA never worked? If the latter, do you know of anything that has changed (e.g. PHP version number change, theme update, another plugin that uses reCAPTCHA got updated, etc.)? Are you sure everything is okay regarding your Google API key?

    Is your form currently live for accepting reservations? If not, can you re-enable the captcha, so that I can see the the exact behaviour.

    What happens if you downgrade to the previous version of our plugin?

    Hi jay, thanks for fast reply. I don′t know how but today it is working. Maybe some error on google site or something else.
