Jetpack Profile Not Populating my Website

I’m seeing the Invalid/missing request nonce. error for your Publicize connection, is that what you were seeing? Please do the following to start troubleshooting:

1. Please clear your browser’s cache and cookies by following the guidance on this documentation:

https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

2. Cycle your connection to Publicize and Jetpack’s Facebook authorization by following the guidance exactly as documented here:

https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/facebook/#reconnecting-facebook

Thanks Jen! Unfortunately after doing all that I’m having the same result. I have a screenshot located here: https://www.bestdataset.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Screen-Shot-2020-12-09-at-1.25.30-PM.png. Bottom line – it looks like WordPress is not acknowledging the website that is on my profile and instead is creating a blank selector.

If I guess it’s correctly, your screenshot is what you’re seeing at https://wordpress.com/marketing/connections?site=www.bestdataset.com

That’s because your current logged-in WordPress.com account is not the account you used to connect Jetpack.

If you do not know what your current WordPress.com owner is, please go to WP Admin -> Jetpack -> Dashboard -> Scroll down to “Connections”, and from there you can find “Account connection”.
