Customise email on course completion

When someone finishes a course. I have a certificate set up. Is there a way to redirect them to the certificate with a message and a link to the next course. Or is there a way to send an email with a link to the certificate and a link to the next course?
Something like this…
You have passed all the required Chapter tests and Course final test to successfully complete the PSAA Course 1 BSTM (Basic Skills Training Manual).
Included is a link to PSAA Certificate of Completion Course 1 recognition that is suitable for framing.
Now you need to get started on PSAA Course 2 CRBS (Customer Relationship Building Skills)…
