    Hi @petermazziotti,

Google can take between 24 and 48 hours to add data to an analytics account depending on the volume of traffic a site generates.

If when visiting your site you can see Real Time visitors your Analytics tracking is functioning.

If after 48 hours you’ve had visitors along with purchases made on your website and still do not see any data I’d suggest using the Google Tag Assistant tool to test your site’s analytics.

I download and activate the plug in last week, I had sales during this period, but still evertything in 0 en analytics.

I did the google tag assistan thing and i get:

    Add Google Analytics.
We have detected that there is no Google Analytics tracking code found on this page.
Failing to have Google Analytics tracking code on this page will prevent data from this particular page from associating to your Analytics account.
Solution: Ensure that you add the Google Analytics tracking code onto this page before the closing tag.

Why i get this if in the plug in i put the UA Code…

    Thanks

    Hey @petermazziotti,

If no Google tracking code is being added to your site it could be due to another plugin or your theme which is preventing the plugins tracking code being added to your site. It’s not the plugin itself which would not be adding the tracking code ( unless incorrectly configured ) as both my test sites which use the plugin have the code added and functioning.

To see if that is the case we’d suggest carrying out a conflict test on your site by disabling all other plugins aside from WooCommerce along with switching to a theme like Storefront. Carrying out this testing will help with trying to and locate any software you have installed, which could be causing this behaviour? You can use a free plugin called Health Check and Troubleshooting to carry out such testing by using the plugins troubleshooting mode.

When in Troubleshooting mode all plugins will be deactivated, and only the admin of the site carrying out the troubleshooting would see those changes. Any customers visiting the site would see no changes at all.

Once you have disabled all other plugins and switched theme if the behaviour is resolved, you can then enable your theme and sites plugins testing after each one is enabled until the behaviour returns to locate the culprit.

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

We have been using this plugin without any issues for several years now. A few days ago, all of a sudden eCommerce transaction data stopped coming through Google Analytics.

It randomly collected one transaction at 10 am and missed every other today.

There appears to be a trend here with the plugin experiencing a problem. We will be going through the process of testing all the plugins one by one and theme, but it seems interesting that we are not alone here and that it may coincide with an updated WooCommerce environment.

    Hey @lyfsolutions,

I’ve not been able to personally replicate the behaviour which you’ve described with missing transactions today on either of my two test Analytics liked websites when using the latest version of WooCommerce.

I’d suggest carrying out some further testing on your site for potential conflicts, caching issues and also using the Google Tag Assistant tool referenced within this documentation below.

    Hello, instead of opening a new topic, I wanted write a similar problem of mine here below;

we installed WooCommerce Google Analytics to our WP website and did a transaction test yesterday (Dec 21st). It was with a %100 discount coupon so revenue is expected to be zero. However other ecomm values didn’t record to GA as well; no basket, no checkout, no sold product etc.I checked with Google Tag Assistant and observed that GA tag is working. Website is: lovethechans.com

Here you can see my screen recording which shows our settings: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1X1-mtUUajpI9gvZ0CyHYyoQ3oySFvP3x/view?usp=sharing

    Thanks.
