CSS Borders viewing differently on Safari and other browsers

I’ve created some bottom borders in gradient colours and I am noticing that the elements under QSPRT and Made in Malta appear differently in Safari. Safari is recognising full borders rather than bottom-border. Any ideas how to solve this?
