Authors List Does Not Display (Other Shortcodes Work)

    Hi there.

    I recently installed the Authors List plugin on our website. As you can see here, the shortcode does not work on our site. Have I entered the syntax incorrectly, or do you suspect another issue?

    On another page, I tried some default WordPress shortcode, “[caption]Insert caption[/caption],” to be precise. Therefore, I know that it’s not a general problem with shortcode not functioning.
