I received this error after updating. I used WP Rollback to roll the plugin back to the previous version until this can be resolved.

    Hi Anita,

    thank you for reaching out.

    1. Can you please verify that the /home/XXXXXX/public_html/XXXXXX.com/wp-content/uploads/XXXXXX/ directyr actually exists on the server?
    2. Can you please try to reset user permissions on the server?

Sorry, I didn’t get a notification in my email that you responded. This DOES exist “mainwp/index.php” in the uploads folder but it’s not being recognized.

I used WP Rollback and the errors go away on Version 4.1.2.1. When I update, I get the errors I list above.

I see what’s happening. This site was on another server and was moved. It’s trying to create or access the files on the other server and not the current server. How can I fix that?

    Hi Anita,

Have you tried to find the incorrect patch directly in the site DB and to fix it?

No, I haven’t. I wanted to ask her first. I’ll try that to see what happens.

@bogdanrapaic I did a search of the database and found 3 places in the MainWP tables that included the old location. I changed it to the new location and it seems to have resolved it.
