WP not sending confirmation when changing admin email

    I try to change the management email for WordPress(that email that logs in with him to the site management), and no confirmation email is sent to me so I cant confirm the change.
    i have seen this talk already in this forum but no answers.
    also followed this guide to configure SMTP mail service and this not solve the problem.

    anyone can please help?
    I need to change the admin mail!

    the SMTP mail does resolve this issue and I got the confirmation email!
    you can close this thread but don’t delete it so others could find the solution also.

    I’ve found the whole thing to be iffy and, when possible, just change the admin_email row in the wp_options table via PHPMYADMIN.
