Had to Change to 1 Star because Rank Math broke our site again

  • We had to renew our review and this time we will switch it from 5 to 1.

    It is still the same with the new Rank Math updates that it crashes the site but what’s different is that their support has become quite poor and does really not care anymore whether your site is up or not when Rank Math is again buggy. We waited three days support to solve the problems but got only low level meaningless answers and the site staid broken.

    So my positive review was written a bit early but we have now luckily found a much better SEO tool which is not marketed so much but does actually better work.

    Sry, that’s not the way to treat your users. We had over a month users not able to sign up in our system because of Rank Math, long time problems with Google Search Console because of Rank Math updates and got not any help from your side.

    This is a Pay It Back Review!

    We use free version of the Rank Math plugin and started at the plugin early times already, so we have seen quite a bumpy times from the beginning and it was crashing our site several times in the early times. But the team was always very responsive and support helped with all the problems so we continued to use the plugin.

    Today, this plugin is working very well without any problems and it does mostly all that I wish for from the SEO plugin and it is far best free SEO plugin for WordPress available with this functionality, ease of use and such a level support.

    Sorry for the issues you were facing.

    After launching the PRO version, the strain on our support staff was immense and the new hiring were ongoing.
