Automated Tax calculates Zero

Hi Dears,

I installed the (WooCommerce Shipping & Tax) plugin, and enabled the Automated Tax. I also set my location in the Settings tab, and enabled Taxes.

However, every time a product added to cart, it shows always (0.00 USD) in Taxes.

When I enabled logging, the following report shows in the Taxes log:
