I have problem with different browsers?

  • Hello there. I have 2 plugins, one gives me chat, the other real-time notification. For both i have icon in right-bottom of my site, but that icon is visible only if i use Chrome as Browser. If i use Edge, or Opera, or Mozila, it’s not there? I thought it may be plugin fault, but both to have this problem?… I even disable all other plugins and it’s still like this. I tried different theme, still the same. Dunno what could be the reason?

  • I’d expect that to work in the newest Edge browser also but I think it’s the JavaScript that causes those Icons to move out on mouseover.

    Are those theme features? You mentioned they didn’t work for other themes either…

    Anyway, track down where they came from (theme, plugin, additional theme function, or raw code you might have added) and ask the source for help…
