Colour change in post header possible?

Are you referring to navigation and menu bar, the only white text on a black background is I can see on your site? If yes then please use this custom CSS:

.navigation {
    background: #D3D3D3;
}

nav li a {
    color: black;
}

You can use your own desired color as per requirement.

no, I do not refer to the navigation. I would like to change the colours of the title of the posts. The post title is displayed with white text on a black background under the navigation. Resulting in a lot of black on the screen – too much black, I think. Therefore I would like to change the title of the post to black text on light grey. On https://ninas-reiselust.de/title-colour/ I posted a modified screenshot showing the desired look.

    padding: 30px 0 30px;
}
.blog-site-title h1 {
    color: black;
}
