Menu issue on home page

Hi!
I’m using Customizr theme v.4.3.6. There is a issue with the menu on home page: menu appears with its hover and active css selectors at start (I mean it’s shows its class that should be invisible before you put “onmouseover” or click). The menu works as it should on other pages – only on a home page (any page that has been set as the home page) the issue appears.

I tested the site on Windows browsers: Chrome/Firefox/Opera and Android too – with the same effect.
