Unable to Edit Ultimate Member email Preferences

    Hi all,

    I am having an issue updating my Email settings of Ultimate Member. I want to enable pending review user and admin emails but every time i do so, it takes me to my website and says page not found.

    The page its looking for is there under the correct folder. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled UM but the error still exist.

    Please help!!!
