    My customer has the problem: why your orders is changing from “Processing” (processando) to “Complete” (concluído) after some days?

    How to disable automatically set order status to ‘Complete’?

    Hi there!

    By default, WooCommerce does not change order status to Completed unless that only products in order are virtual + downloadable.

    If that’s not the case, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
