Limited Warranty: X days to start after “Delivered” status

  • Hello, I have created a Limited Warranty for all my simple items.
    The settings:
    Limited Warranty = 30 days

    However currently the limited warranty starts after item is marked as “Shipped” (or in the internal woocommerce it is “Completed”). This status marks the beginning of the item shipment and does not indicate that the item is already received by the customer.
    I would like the limited warranty of 30 days to start After item is delivered. Which is another status: “Delivered”.

    Please tell me if there is a way to configure this.

    I understand the status: “Delivered” is customised status settings. If you have the code snippet, I can add it into my child functions for this. Thank you!

    Hello, I look into your readme and found this:

    On the General tab in the Settings page, there are two groups – Order Status to Allow Warranty Request and Returned Status. “Order Status to Allow Warranty Request” allows you to set a condition, for which your customer will be eligible to make a warranty request.

    I am looking to configure this exactly – Order Status to Allow Warranty Request. Please tell me how.
    Right now the settings interface does not have this function.

    Are your “Delivered” status is the custom status? I mean do you using any customer status manager plugin with WooCommerce?

    When I am using your plugin, I only see 2 settings in General–>Settings.

    The 2 settings are:
    Returned Status
    Return Request Types

    There isn’t any settings for “Order Status to Allow Warranty Request”

    The slug for this custom status is “delivered”
