Having Trouble and Looking for Help

I am not a web developer, but am fairly comfortable using WordPress and Plugins over the years. This looks like a promising plugin for what I need, and I imagine it’s pretty easy…but I’m lacking the expertise.

The goal: Create a scroll from a menu link on the homepage that will scroll down to a section of the homepage.

It seems I’m missing these options from the help guide:

Other than that, the other two things I’ve done (on the homepage) are to add in the HTML anchor of section-1 to a header within the first group on my homepage. I also insert a shortcode block within the same group just about the header as [ps2id id=’section-1’/]

I feel so close, yet so far away ??
