Upgrade Problems

I just automatically upgraded my blog, however now nothing displays at all now – the web page for the blog and control panel are totally blank. I really don’t know what to do. I did not back up the database and hope that this will not have been affected by the upgrade. If so, is there a way to restore my blog and display the blogs already there?
