Reposition Added Shipping Field in Email

    Greetings!

    We just started using your plugin and it works great. Only thing we would like to improve is where the new field appears in order emails. We added a phone field to Shipping fields and in the order email it does appear, but it is shown separate above Billing/Shipping fields.

    Can we somehow move it to appear inside the Shipping Address list of fields below, in the admin order email?
