    Hiya,

Just updated dashboard to version 4.1.3 and now it shows ghost (non-existing) updates on all child sites.
When I log into any child site – there’re no pending updates, but dashboard shows random numbers of pending updates (anything from 1 to 5).

Anyone else having this issue with 4.1.3?

I’m not sure if it’s related, but PHP error log is full of these:

    [04-Dec-2020 09:55:21 UTC] mainwp-activated-check is deprecated since version 4.1! Use mainwp_activated_check instead.
    [04-Dec-2020 09:55:21 UTC] mainwp-extension-enabled-check is deprecated since version 4.1! Use mainwp_extension_enabled_check instead.

For some reason it doesn’t show a detailed error (e.g. stack trace) even when xdebug extension is enabled.

Ok, looks like the issue is with MWP Child plugin, not Dashboard.
Child sites where Child plugin is of version 4.1.2 are all fine, Dashboard is showing correct data.
However, after updating Child to 4.1.3 Dashboard keeps showing old data.

    Hi Nazar,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I tried to duplicate this behavior, but I couldn’t.

In our test setups, MainWP Dashboard detects the correct version.

Do you have some caching enabled on your Child & Dashboard side?
Does it help if you try to reinstall the MainWP Child plugin on sites?

    Thanks,
    Best Regards
    Bogdan R.

The issue “fixed itself” somehow ??
