Product change not updated on Feed

    Hi,

    I uploaded a feed to Facebook and created my Instagram shop.
    I just updated the prices of the products today and changed the interval update to do so on an hourly basis. I checked, one hour later, and the products on Instagram still contain the old price. It looks like the feed hasn’t updated the changes.
    What am I doing wrong? Would the feed not update all changes automatically or am I missing a step?

    Hi, after you made changes, did you check the feed file to see if the changes took effect on the feed file?

    If it did, next you need to go to the business center for Instagram and re-process the feed. Or you could check what schedule you set for the feed to be fetched by Instagram.

    The intervals in the plugin should update the feed file, but the data on Instagram is fetched from their end according to the schedule set in the business center.

    Do let me know if the feed file got updated with the change you made on your store in the scheduled intervals.

    Hi,
    Thanks so much for your help. The issue has been resolved. I checked the feed as you mentioned and it had updated.
    You were right, Facebook fetches the data on a daily basis not hourly so it has been updated now. Thanks so much for your help and the plugin, which makes it easier for people that are not super tech savvy like myself, to promote the necessary changes.
