• I have created a website with two blogs, a public blog for anyone and a private blog for paid members. I created a custom post type for the private blog so they could be made available only to paid members.
The social media share buttons are showing up on both blog posts and it doesn’t make sense for them to show up on the Private blog post which is only available to members.
I can’t figure out how to exclude them and only have them on the public posts which are not CPTs.
The link above is to a regular blog post on the site. The private posts are only available to paid members but if you need to look at it I can create a temporary guest membership for you.
I requested help on this before and was told that I could fix it at Question 7 in the Settings but that does not allow me to have the buttons on regular posts and not on CPTs. I never heard back again. Please help me here.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

If you want to define exactly where the social icons (not the social pop-up which was the subject of the other thread you mention) should show then this is possible in this plugin https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/usm-premium. There are inclusion/exclusion rules that can be set-up so that the icons show exactly where you want.
