Stick on scroll section overlaps the section clicked on Table Of Content

When someone clicks on the link or section in the Table of contents they want to jump directly to, the sticky scroll part on that post/page overlaps that particular section(the one clicked on the Table of contents). This happens on every post where I’ve used a sticky scroll section. How can I resolve this overlapping?
