wp login blocked

  • I can no longer login to my site as when I try it goes straight to an error: “wp-full-stripe-free/wp-full-stripe-free.php: Another plugin has loaded an incompatible Stripe API client. Deactivate all other Stripe plugins, and try to activate Full Stripe Free again.”

    I was in my wordpress site which I had accessed through https://pepperpotcottage.co.uk/wp-login. I installed and then activated WP Simple ( a stripe plugin). The above message came up but I wasn’t then able to deactivate WP Full stripe because the site went “down”.

    Even trying to access pepperpotcottage.co.uk doesn’t work. it shows “wp-full-stripe-free/wp-full-stripe-free.php: Another plugin has loaded an incompatible Stripe API client. Deactivate all other Stripe plugins, and try to activate Full Stripe Free again.”

    Can anyone tell me how to gain access to my site

    Disable that plugin — delete the directory wp-content/plugins/wp-full-stripe-free/

    Use FTP or the file manager app of your hosting control panel.
