Hi,

Plugin requested that ill reinstall it since some updates and new improvements were made. When I integrate it on Facebook everything looks fine,Facebook announces that integration is now running but immediately afterward I am redirected to a “something went wrong page” by Woocommerce. I can see the plugin is installed on Facebook side but can’t see the integration on woocommerce side working. Any suggestions? ??

I am having the same issue today.

Get the “You are all set” page and the redirects to the Woocommerce Page
“Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook!
Please try again.”

Hi @naglerg. The first thing to check is whether or not Facebook for WooCommerce has the correct permissions. Can you try reconnecting your WooCommerce store to Facebook in WooCommerce > Facebook? At step “What is WooCommerce Extension V2 allowed to do” make sure that all the fields are open. Facebook recently updated their settings to toggle “Manage your business” permission to Off by default, and that could be the issue here.

‘Manage your business’ button is inactive so I can’t turn it on and apparently it could be the cause of the ‘something went wrong’ error. Anyone with an idea how to go about that?
