Page cache not working with ssl enabled

    Page cache – Preload now not working with ssl enabled.
    Turned off all plugins – does not work with enabled ssl.
    does not work on all sites. https://ibb.co/x2hBQjS
    if ssl is disabled – Page cache works!

    php 7.4
    wp 5.3.3
    WP-Optimize 3.1.4

    In the WordPress’ general settings, do both URLSin the “wordpress address” and “site address” have https?
