    hiya, is there any plugin or way to send emails to all the clients that have already purchased, even if they didnt create an account?
    our clients have no accounts, but we want to send them a email to thank them for their purchase. any hint is appreciated.

    Hi there!

    I believe AutomateWoo will be able to help you with this. With it you can create various workflows consisting of Triggers, Rules, and Actions.

    A trigger in this case could be “Order Paid” or “Order Completed”, and the Rules to include from the Rules List would be “Customer – Is Guest” (meaning they don’t have an account), and “Customer – Last Paid Order Date”, which can be used to, for example, send an email to customers (which is an Action) who ordered in the last 3 months.
