Can I use Product Custom Field as product filter?

I wanted to add districts fields in vendor registration and successfully done it by enabling custom field. But now I want have a store list search filter where customers can select their district to see all the vendor in that district. And it’ll be visible to the customer like a dropdown. Similar to category dropdown. Is it possible?
