Sudden reduction of pop-up’s

    Hello,

    I have recently noticed a significant reduction in pop-ups.
    I checked and actually pop-ups stopped appearing. Despite correct settings something is wrong.
    Can you help me to identify what is happening?
    You can see here: https://recordit.co/qcDmjualxW that I have 2 pop-ups set but they don’t want to show up at all.

    Please help me or give me a hint where to look for the cause.

    In addition: I checked that pop-ups appear only for one call – on one page. On next pages they are no longer called.
    Although “Trigger once per session” is set to off and visibility is set to “Do not show this pop-up on this post/page” pop-ups appear only once on the whole site. When they appear on one page, they are not called on next page.
    My settings are correct (I think) but they don’t want to work as expected.

    Hi @gregywordpress,

    I had a look at your site and your popups did actually show up on other pages for me, that was until I closed them by using the X icon.
    Can you edit your popups, switch to Behavior tab and check the settings for “Closing Behavior” and see if you have it set no to display the popup again if closed by clicking on X icon? This part of settings was missing from the video ??
