    Hi there,

    Are you on the latest 4.7.1 version of WooCommerce? There as a bug (seen here) that was causing similar issues, though it was fixed in the latest release.

    Currently my woocommerce is 4.6.1, so should i update it to 4.7.1 ?

    Yup! Updating should fix this issue. Once you’ve updated, head to WooCommerce> Status> Tools, and update the WooCommerce database as well.

    To be safe, please make a complete backup of the site before updating.
