Error 500 when clicking large mp4 video

    I have several videos ranging from a few MB to a few hundreds MB in size. Those videos play well once clicked; but seems like for larger size videos i.e. 800MB and above, the server returns error 500. error_logs does not show anything, so I have no ideas whats causing this. Any suggestions to solve this?

    In the shortcode, what value has the parameter have_file_access ?

    OK, with these settings, your big mp4 file opens via php.
    So it is problem of your hosting. You need to contact with your Web hoster.
    The only think you can do for now is to open access for everyone
