CSS not working to change color at privacy policy link

Hi!

I’m trying to change the link color for privacy policy, at the bottom contact form, and it’s not working.
I tried to add the css on the link:

<a style="color: #f0ffff;" href="https://vendopatente.server3.trinchera.dev/politica-privacidad/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">política de privacidad</a>

It does not work and the chrome debugger says unknown property name.

Any help please?
