Can’t translate Consent Menu with WPML String Translation

    Hi,

    I was trying to translate the texts from Cookie Settings popup, Privacy Overview, etc, and I can’t find them into WPML String Translation. The texts from the cookie banner and buttons appear, but not the ones from the popup.

    I even tried to use the option “Look for strings while pages are rendered” but it does not work. The strings never appear into WPML to be translated.

    Do you know how can we do that?

    Please refer the setup guide here and follow the instructions.

    PS: You may ignore the part about categories and script blocker in the guide since it is for the premium version.

    I have the same problem as @andreu.
    I followed the suggested guide (https://www.webtoffee.com/translating-gdpr-cookie-consent-plugin-with-polylang/).
    From the String Translation page that opens up, the group by selecting webtoffee_gdpr_cookie_consent ( from the drop down as shown below) is not present.
    any suggestion is welcome

    Hi @pina2020,

    Please go to our GDPR Content menu > Settings, GDPR Content menu > Privacy Overview, and other menus(according to your requirement) and click “Save Settings” menu once. Only then is Polylang registering those strings.

    Once done you can get under the group name webtoffee_gdpr_cookie_consent or cookie-law-info.

    thank you so much for your suggestions i followed. Unfortunately on my site,
    i can’t see the WebToffee webtoffee_gdpr_cookie_consent group in the Polylang string translation.
