inserting in page builder

    Hi there,

    The plugin is working at the moment. But with inserting within a page using page builder the ‘Add Helpie FAQ Shortcode’ option does not work correctly.

    The button ‘insert shortcode’ doesn’t work.
    I can reach the adding section, make choices en select a category.
    But the button to finally add, it doesn’t work.

    Could you please help? I can granded support at pauple.com a temporary login

    I don’t get it properly.

    Which page builder are you using? Is it Elementor? Do you mean that when you use the text editor widget in it, the “Add Helpie FAQ shortcode” option does not work?

    Please clarify. And yes, please provide me your website details and temporary admin access to your site so that I can have a look at this.

    Yes, I click that option, select al thinks I want. But in the end the Insert button in the window does not work.
