Google errors for reviews

This is because there would not be any user rating for that post/page? Have you given only Author review for that particular post/page?

Can you try giving an user review for this and try it again?

I am not using Author review. I added an user review but Google validator returned this error: Parsing error: Missing ‘,’ or ‘}’
Here is the code what validator pointed out:
