Empty PDF files

    Dear we use the plugin on our eCommerce website. After a client goed through the checkout process a PDF seems to be generated, but when trying to open the PDF (0kb) it can’t open because the PDF is empty. There is no shipping information on it. All seems to be installled well. I use the latest version of WordPress.

    It is really urgent that this gets sorted out for us as we are totally stuck with the shipping and clients are awaiting their packages.

    Can Antidot or someone who faced similar issues help me out on this?
