Product addons not on invoice

  • When generating an invoice all the addons are missing. The addons get an extra order line but the name of the order line is the title of the product and it gets the description of the product, however, the addon text is cut off. In the backend of the webshop it is added correctly and we see the text.

    Extra: Sharing packages (€6,00) * Individueel verkocht: 2 additional sharing packages

    however on the invoice its completely gone and it looks like a new product line of the same product without any options.

    I have set labels and don’t know what to do to get this working.

    Could you share with us a video or a screenshot about that, please ? The add-ons are a set of order items so PDF invoice can read it.

    Are the add-ons added to the order ? Do you see it in admin area ?
