POS instant stock sync.. important feature still missing?

I have a Woocommerce webshop and a physical shop.

The items in the boutique are the same being sold in the webshop. Most of them are unique pieces and have a stock of just one.

I’ve been trying to use countless of Point Of Sales systems for the Boutique to sync with Woo. To make the interface easy to oprate for my sellers.

However ONE very important feature is ALWAYS missing: Instant auto-sync of stock qty.

No POS plugin/integration/company is able to provide an instant sync!

– Why it is important to me (and proberly a lot others): if an item gets sold online and then again shortly after gets sold in the boutique.. Then i will dissapoint the online-customer as the product is now gone..

So I really need an instant stock-sync. which: block an item from being sold in the boutique if it has just been sold online.
Simply an popop-banner saying: “already sold” making it impossible to process the order in the POS system.

As told i’ve been trying countless POS-systems. None of them has this feature! I’ve talked in the Phone with many of them and they basically all say that they would love to offer this feature but either Automattic is blocking them (not true?) or Woo is not build to support a feature like this (really?).

Ive might encountered óne company offering instant auto-sync.: Oliver Pos (realativy new startup company). I’m not sure how they do, but i think they might. However only problem is their POS does not support “Composite Product Plugin” which i would need.. damn..

So now my “homemade” solution (I know some developing) is:
I’ve re-styles the wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=shop_order for my sellers to use, and added a function which block them from selecting out-of-stock items, and the sync is instant.

So i mean: If I (a very poor developer) can make the feature, why can’t others? I know it’s because these other POS-systems are not integrated plugins but runs on their own servers.. or maybe you know a POS which does not?

SO question is:
– Is there ANY POS-solution which offer auto-realtime-sync? (I cannot belive none does, as i would expect many to be looking for exactly this).
– It Woocommerce build really so that the POS-company cannot deploy this feature. This is what they have been telling me, and i guess it is true as it otherwise would be a good selling-point?

Im looking for insight and in best case a POS solution with instant-auto-sync and my own “homemade” /post-new.php?post_type=shop_order page is not exactly optimal long-term.
