    When i have activate wp optmize (3.1.4) and this plugin – this plugin stop work.

    Found by myself the solution: Some themes and plugins need render blocking scripts to work. Please check the browser console for any eventual JavaScript errors caused by deferring the scripts.
    activate Delay JavaScript
