This plugin blocks login attempts to the Event Espresso plugin via their mobile apps (Apple and Android).

Even though isolating admin users and other specific users this plugin still continues to block access.

Having approached the authors the response I received was that “they don’t have enough resources now to make integrations with Event Espresso”.

    Somewhat bizarre…..

    Hello, @stevehale

Could you please disable the next options in the anti-spam plugin, then save the plugin settings:

    “SpamFireWall” and “Custom Contact Forms”

The anti-spam plugin settings are here:

WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk

    Did it help?

    I did, and it does’nt.

The login is still blocked. I also tried disabling registration forms and had the same issue.

The issue is solved. We found the solution through personal support ticket.

It was caused by ‘Advanced Recaptcha’ plugin. CleanTalk doesn’t affect the Event Espresso.

    Steve,

Thanks for the feedback. Let me know if you have any questions.
