• I cannot tell if it is the Woocommerce plugin or your plugin causing the issue (both are listed below). Any ideas?
I am running Woocommerce 4.7.0 and WPC Fly Cart 2.3.3 (all other plugins are up to date as well)

    Hi @kissmylegs ,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

In order to check if this is an issue triggered by another plugin or from inside our plugin, please follow my below instructions. I need to make sure that our plugin is functional with the basic WooCommerce & theme on your site or not.

    – Create a full backup of your site and keep it in a safe place.

    – Updates all current active plugins on your site to the latest versions, so do WooCommerce and WordPress, too.

    – Switch the theme on your site to the Storefront theme.

    – Deactivate all other plugins, except for WooCommerce & our plugin.

    – Check the front-end behavior.

Please help me do this, if after taking these steps and our plugin is working again, then it’s another plugin or theme on your site has caused this, you can find that out by reactivating plugins one by one to find the culprit.

Since during the process of deactivating and reactivating plugins, it might cause critical error on your site, I would like to let you do that on your own so that when error occurs, you can quickly restore your site.

    Best regards.

Hi…unfortunately I cannot do what you ask as this is a live site. Bringing it down to bear bones is not acceptable.
I am left with two choices: 1.) Disable your plugin and watch for future errors, 2.) Uninstall your plugin all together.
I can go days without an exception happening, and then today I saw 4 exceptions in the log file for the issue noted above.
