Please try to add the below CSS code from the Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS, and check.

#oceanwp-cart-sidebar-wrap .owp-cart-title:before {
    content: "Your-Text";
    font-size: 18px;
}
#oceanwp-cart-sidebar-wrap .owp-cart-title {
    font-size: 0;
}

PS- change the font size as per your need and replace Your-Text with your own.
