    Your content includes a VideoObject (the YouTube video), but your content text (ie. the webpage document) is not a VideoObject. Google has no problem with the markup for the included YouTube video — it’s complaining that your content text, which you’ve defined as a VideoObject, does not include an uploadDate. Your content text cannot have a video uploadDate since your content text is not a video. Try choosing a Schema type that is a more appropriate description of your content text, like Article, BlogPosting, etc.
