“Reply to” field always sending to admin email

    Hi,
    In the “reply to” configuration field I put the shortcode {email} & {user email} … But when I receive the mail, and I make “reply” it is always the email admin who is present. So i can’t
    What’s going on ?

    Hi @legarsfred,

    We are really sorry for the delayed response. I just did the test and it seems to be working fine on our site.
    If you want to make a reply to that respective email which is inserted in the email field during the submission then you have to use only the {email} smart tag not a {user email} smart tag. Once please do a test using the {email} smart tag and it will do a trick.
