WC notice wrapper not showing register option on front page

Hello,

we are working with the Rigid Theme where you can click a little icon (person) and than the login and register form is shown. Demo here: https://rigid.althemist.com/

The problem that we are facing is, that on every page of our website the notice wrapper is displayed perfectly execpt on our front/welcome page. On our front/welcome page just the log in option is given. The registration option is missing.

“Anyone can register” in the general settings is activated.
I don′t think it′s Theme related, because in the other pages this option(s) are displayed.

Any ideas on this?
