Ticket Delay

I really liked the plugins I am using, but the time to attend to tickets is very long.
Aside from the delay, I have no feedback from the development team after any feedback from them. I am lost with the problems I reported, waiting more than a week for the return with the store in production and with the plugin showing a problem. I only had a first response saying that the team would contact me, after that much delay and waiting without feedback on what can be done or what will be done.
